Here's Our Process... "Getting Started"

Collaboration & Communication Keep our Clients Happy

Any time you take on a project that will last for weeks, it’s always a good idea to make sure everyone is on the same page as far as expectations go. So you know what to expect when you hire CabinetReface, below is a typical process, from the time a client contacts us through the end of the job. We hope this helps clarify some questions you may have about your kitchen refacing or remodeling job.

ORDERING THE JOB...

  • Client contacts CabinetReface (typically as a result of word-of-mouth from another satisfied client)

  • Meet with client at their home to do a Kitchen Needs Assessment-determine needs, wants, expectations, and cost vs. value

  • Design kitchen based on these choices (bring in an interior designer or color consultant if needed)

  • Present pricing and projected time line

  • CabinetReface provides a written contract, the client authorizes the work, and provides a deposit (typically 1/3) or less if the financing option is chosen.

  • Measure the kitchen and order materials (typical time between contract and the start of the job is 4 weeks)

  • Provide additional assistance with selections by directing client to visit local showrooms for items such as counter tops, tile, flooring, lighting, and appliances

  • Accumulate all materials and tentatively schedule services provided by other specialists (such as stone counter tops, electrical, tile installation, floor installation, and appliances.
